PAUL A. GOODLETT, MD

Dr. Paul A. Goodlett is a Shelby county native. He received his undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University in 1993 and his medical degree from University of Louisville in 1998. Dr. Goodlett completed his residency at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville, Indiana in 2001. Dr. Goodlett chose to return to his beloved Shelby County to practice medicine. In 2006, Stonecrest Family Medicine was founded by Dr. Goodlett and Dr. Creque to provider primary care services to the families of Shelbyville. Dr. Goodlett was named the ‘Best of Shelbyville’ in primary care services in 2013.
Dr. Goodlett continues to live in Shelbyville with his wife Melissa and two children.

RONALD E. CREQUE, MD

Dr. Ron Creque was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and moved to Shelbyville in 1994 while attending medical school at the University of Louisville. After completing medical school in 1998, Dr. Creque completed residency at University of Alabama Birmingham in 2001. He returned to Shelbyville shortly after and began to practice medicine. In 2006, he co-founded Stonecrest Family Medicine with Dr. Goodlett providing primary care services. Dr. Creque was named the ‘Best of Shelbyville’ in primary care services in 2014.
Dr. Creque continues to live in Shelbyville with wife Kim and four children.

Dana Kuhn, PA-C

Dana Kuhn, PA-C is native of Louisville and currently resides in Shelbyville. She graduated from University of Kentucky with an undergraduate degree in 1999 and master’s degree in 2003. Dana has been practicing along-side Dr. Goodlett and Dr. Creque since her graduation.
Dana continues to live in Shelbyville with husband Jeff and three children.

Christy Scott Coleman, PA-C

Christy Coleman, PA-C is native to Shelbyville. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1991. She joined Stonecrest Family Medicine in 2010, and has over 25 years of primary care experience.
Christy continues to live in Shelbyville with her son and German Shepherds.
